In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product it will be replaced, if you happen to buy a few too many we will accept them in return, provided the following conditions are observed:

The items are returned in new, resaleable condition, just as they left.

The return does not reduce the order below the minimum quantity required.

The return does reduce the order below the minimum value allowed.

Upon inspection and approval of the return, your PayPal account will be credited, or a refund check issued, as per the original payment method used. If the return reduces the original order below the level of any quantity discount that may have been awarded, any credit issued will be dependant upon the retail price of the product, prior to said discount.  There is a 25% restocking charge for all returned items.
